Shipping and Returns

📦 Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping Only

We currently ship exclusively within Pakistan. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note that during peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipment Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and offer refunds only for items that are:

  • Damaged upon arrival.

  • Defective or not as described.

To initiate a return or refund:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a description of the issue.

  3. Include clear photos of the damaged or defective item.

Conditions for Returns

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
